Kathy personalizes each intuitive healing strategy to work uniquely with your needs. Sessions include various intuitive healing techniques, such as connecting with angels, meditation, working with the chakras, grounding practices, clearing and protecting your energy, raising your frequency and using the Emotional Freedom Technique EFT tapping to help release pain and trauma that can be stored in our somatic system.

Kathy also uses Sound Healing which is the use of frequencies to restore balance in the body through the use of music and instruments including: rattles, drums, crystal bowls, singing bowls, koshi chimes and the gong. Sound Healing is used for meditation and relaxation and has been shown to help treat such conditions as trauma, stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, migraines, sleep disorders and pain.

Kathy uses a method of diagnostic discussion and talk time to help determine what type of life transition the client is experiencing. This allows for intuitive solutions and practical strategies to bring clarity and support, while working through the transition process with a sense of safety and empowerment.

Some examples of life transitions might include- the birth or loss of a child, having to move, leaving or starting a new job, changes in a relationship, illness or the loss of a loved one, including the aging and end of life process.

Overtime, we block the flow of energy with our experiences, limiting beliefs and feelings such as shame, guilt, fear, anxiety and distrust. During a healing session, Kathy creates a sacred healing space to witness yourself, without judgment and with compassion. We examine the root cause of trauma, pain, illness and suffering.

Energy Healing creates the perfect mental and emotional environment for physical healing. The relaxation response activates our body’s innate healing capabilities. The body finds equilibrium and we discover our wholeness. We work on releasing chords of attachment to the past. We heal trauma, memories and energetic disturbances that hold us back. In energy healing, we get clear on what it is that we want to call into our life, so that we can live deliberately and mindfully.

Reiki helps to balance the chakras, auric field and subtle body. Studies have shown that Reiki is effective in managing pain, anxiety and recovering from surgery. Energy healings are opportunities for deep restoration on every level. Virtual and distant healings are available to accommodate what the client needs.

Kathy uses divination with intention to help clients connect with Source to gain clarity with information or questions that may require a deeper level of understanding for answers or solutions to surface.

This includes tarot and oracle card readings, dowsing with a pendulum and using astrology and numerology for insight.
